Shipping Policy

 Orders will ship within three business days after receipt of order and will only be shipped once payment is processed and received. Make Me Nails is manufactured and shipped by Minx, Inc in San Diego, CA, USA.

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class, Priority or Priority Express.

Return Policy

 If your order arrives damaged or incomplete and you notify us of the problem within 10 business days after your receipt of your order, we will replace the product subject to the return of your product.

Only replacements will be made, no credits will be given.

International Shipping

International shipments are subject to local taxes, customs, and duties and/or additional charges such as brokerage fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of you as the customer. If at any time MMN is billed for these charges, MMN will in return bill you as the customer in the same manner the original order was billed.

  1. Some items are restricted from shipping internationally. In the event an item cannot be shipped, we will contact you directly.
  2. Orders placed with international credit cards can only be shipped to the international billing address associated with the credit card.

We provide international shipping to the following countries:

  • Mexico
  • Australia
  • United Kingdom
  • Canada

Shipping charges and available service will vary based on package weight and country of destination.

Please note that items ordered ship directly from San Diego, California, USA.

Orders can take up to 10 business days to process and be shipped. You will be emailed once the item is shipped. Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. International shipments can not be tracked at this time. If you do not receive your item after 6 weeks following receipt of your order confirmation from MMN, please email us at and we will re-ship your order to the address you provided to us at the time you placed your original order for no additional charge.

International Orders and Shipments to International PO Boxes

Orders to international addresses and International P.O. Boxes will be shipped with USPS and then delivered by your local post office or other carrier.  Tracking information is not available. Delivery can take up to 2-6 weeks.

Customs and Duties 


All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost.  MMN cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees. Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.   For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

Canadian Customers

GST (Goods & Services Tax) and PST (Provincial Sales Tax) vary based on the province to which your order is shipped and on its value. The duty is determined by the value of the merchandise and its place of origin.

Goods that are entirely made in the USA will be duty free, but still subject to GST/PST.

Small Charge Verification

International credit cards may require a specialized procedure that assists us in verifying cardholder identity. By placing an order on, you agree to a possible small, refundable charge for such verification.

The Small Charge Verification procedure works like this:

  1. If we require further verification, we will email you to verify and confirm your order and you can follow the link and instructions provided.
  2. We will charge a small sum to your credit card (usually under $5.00), which amount will be refunded immediately following verification.
  3. You will need to check your credit card account to see how much was charged, and then let us know through the link provided in the verification email, e-mail ___________.
  4. If your response matches the actual amount charged, we will ship your order within 1-2 business days after hearing from you.

All prices shown on are in U.S. dollars. If you need a conversion to your local currency, please refer to a reliable financial institution website or your bank. Exchange rates change daily, and MMN is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of currency fluctuation. Please note that your credit card processor may also charge you a conversion rate fee.
